Qualifications of All Interpreters:

• Go through in-house Medical, Social Service certifications in both English and Marshallese. This is the only such program for both languages in the world. No other US companies/interpreters have the same bi-lingual training and certification.

• are trained in HIPAA Compliance annually.

• are trained in safety, standard precautions, universal precautions, airborne pathogens, sexual harassment, recognizing abuse, and drug free standards.

• are trained in interpreter ethics, standards, and roles.
